Kenneth E. Willis, Jr., the 160th Grand Master of Indiana, was born on December 28, 1950 in Evansville, IN. He is the eldest of three children of Kenneth E. Willis, Sr. and Elsie Mae Willis. Brother Willis grew up in the small town of Somerville, Indiana with his sister Nancy and his Brother David. Kenneth graduated from Wood Memorial High School in Oakland City in 1968. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Oakland City College in 1972, where he was a member of the track team competing in the shot put, discus, and javelin.
