Program Overview

You are never too old or inexperienced to continue developing "Leadership Skills". Your Grand Lodge has endorsed and collaborated with the "Leadership Team" at the Orak Shrine in Michigan City, Indiana to bring you what I consider one of the best leadership training programs to be offered in recent years.

The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell may well be one of the best programs currently available for leadership training. This program will teach you how to be a great leader by understanding the 21 key areas that hold people back from being the best they can be. This program is easy to understand and practice. It will leave you with a sense of "I can do this" by following and practicing these laws of leadership. Let me warn you that this program is not Lodge specific but Life specific. You will come out of the program with better life skills, which will resonate throughout everything you do in your Lodge, home, and work environments.

The "Leadership Team" presenters have combined service as leaders of well over 50 various Masonic, public, and private organizations. Their insight, experience, and leadership will enhance your leadership abilities.
