The Indiana Freemasons are dedicated to supporting post-secondary education for their members and families. Please help us to support this very important program by considering a donation to this very important initiative.
Who is Eligible for a Grand Lodge Scholarship?
The first priority will be given to Indiana Master Masons in good standing and to the sons, daughters, adopted sons or daughters, stepsons or stepdaughters, and orphans of Indiana Master Masons in good standing. Grandchildren are also eligible to apply but will be given secondary priority.
Students must maintain a full-time status (a minimum of 12 credit hours).
Regrettably, all qualified applicants cannot receive a scholarship. Selection will be based on several criteria such as evidence of academic achievement and community service.
It is our desire to aid as many students as possible, therefore, we will give priority to those who are first or second-time appliers.
When can you Apply?
The Grand Lodge Scholarship application is an online application and is available now through the end of March.
How do you Apply?
The Grand Lodge Scholarship application must be filled out online; there is not a hard-copy application available from a Lodge.
If you applied for a scholarship in 2019 or 2020 you will start a new application, but personal information from your prior application will pre-populate the form. You are able to change that personal information if it needs to be updated.
The scholarship must be applied toward your baccalaureate education at an Indiana College or University. The online application has a drop-down list that contains the Colleges and Universities. Remember, you must be a full-time student with at least 12 credit hours.
The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is the end of March.
After filling out the application, remember to click the “Submit Application” button to finalize the process. Applications can only be submitted online.
